• 30-day Return Warranty upon improper delivery: If you receive an improper item (e.g., defective or damaged) or wrong item (e.g., wrong product or wrong product variant / attribute / size, etc), you are entitled to request return / refund within 30 days from your item’s delivery date upon properly documenting your case. We will be happy to assist.
• Customer Support Resolution: Please contact us immediately by email at support@smartshopempire.com and describe the issue and reason for return in detail along with your order number. Please attach a picture or video describing the issue or product defect / damage. We will examine your case and offer appropriate solution accordingly.
