Shipping and Delivery Policy

Our goal is to provide our customers the most convenient shipping method wherever they reside. Therefore, our customers enjoy our FREE shipping worldwide! They also enjoy our highest level of attention to details when it comes to the placement, fulfillment, shipping, tracking and delivery of their orders. It is our interest to make you aware of the time frame taken for order delivery and our commitments and guarantees along each step of this process:

  • Order placement confirmation: In order to protect our customers and avoid any fraud with credit or debit cards, we reserve the right to obtain validation of your payment details and verification of the personal information you shared with us before providing you with the product(s). There are cases when an order cannot be placed and confirmed for various reasons. In such cases we send you an email notification of pending or failed order. You may be asked to provide additional verification or information before we accept the order. The absence of answer following such a demand will automatically cause order cancellation within 2 days. We reserve the right at any given time to refuse or directly cancel any order for which we suspect a risk of fraudulent use of credit or debit card. If your order placement was successful, we send you email for order confirmation and payment receipt.
  • Order processing time: We process your successfully confirmed order and send it to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours from placing the order. The manufacturer takes an additional 2–4 days to perform order product(s) verification and customization, quality check and packaging.
  • Order shipping time: This is the time taken, after warehouse processing, for items to be shipped from our warehouse till delivery to our customer’s shipping address. Delivery to our international customers may take about 15–30 business days. US orders are mainly shipped by ePacket, which is a US Postal Service that takes about 7–14 days for items to arrive at their US destination (but can take longer from time to time). Once your item leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email notification to confirm shipping.
  • Order tracking: Upon shipping, we will also send you one or more emails with shipping updates including the shipping carrier and tracking number of your ordered item(s). You will then be able to use this information to track your package(s) from the warehouse all the way to your front doorstep.
  • Safe delivery guaranteed: If your order includes multiple items, your items may arrive in different packages where each package may contain one or more items. As such, each package will be shipped and tracked separately and you will receive separate tracking update email(s) for each package. At SSE, we guarantee safe and proper delivery for all items as per your order.
